Documents to be submitted at the time of submission of application and admission

• SSLC provisional marks card with head masters seal and signature
• Photo copy of aadhar card
• Photo copy of SSLC marks card
• Ten passport size photo
• Transfer certificate (TC)
• Caste certificate if available
• Eligibility certificate is compulsory for students of CBSE/ICSE/ outside Karnataka students/foreign nationals
• Migration certificate is compulsory for student of CBSE/ICSE/ outside Karnataka / foreign national from the concerned board
• SSLC admission ticket photo copy

Admission Procedure

• Application form may be obtained from the college office during working hours

OR

• Download the application form (Click here to download) & take a printout of the same.
• Fill up the necessary credentials of the form as per the instructions mentioned in it.
• A payment of rupees 100 is to be made towards application fee through DD in favour of – Principal, MMK & SDM Girls PU College,Mysuru
• Send the DD along with the application form & necessary documents to the following address:
